Alternatively, the Single Pass Document Feeder can scan two-sided hardcopy documents at 180 images per minute (ipm) (SPDF). You can store up to 3,000 files on the integrated document server and add optional trays to increase paper capacity to 4,700 sheets for faster printing.

Impress your audience with 1200 dpi resolution and accurate reproduction on brochures, presentations, and other documents up to 12″ x 18″ on thicker stocks (up to 300 gsm). With the new optional Fiery® Controller, you can reproduce professional-grade RGB, CMYK, and PANTONE® colours at an everyday low price. You can even use the MFP to print large poster-size banners without purchasing a wide-format printer.
Be smart, simplify
With the 10.1″ Wide Super VGA Smart Operation Panel, you can work the way you want, using the same pinch-and-flick, drag-and-drop, and swipe scrolling controls found on today’s smartphones and tablets. Choose from a variety of user interfaces, one-step controls, information-rich widgets, and other features designed to reduce repetitive manual steps. Optional software applications can even be added to streamline your more complex document workflows. The all-digital user interface provides simple, intuitive navigation, allowing you to quickly access more details and check and change settings.
Go your own way
Create shortcuts for the tasks you do on a regular basis using the one-touch controls on the Smart Operation Panel. ID Card Copy, for example, copies the front and back sides of an ID card onto one side of a sheet of paper, saving you time. More workflow apps can be downloaded from the Ricoh Application Site and placed directly on the Home Screen for quick access.
Polish up with document finishing options
Choose from a variety of automated document finishers to meet your specific paper handling needs. Use the Hybrid Stapleless + Stapler Finisher to automate production on both smaller jobs without staples and larger jobs with staples, allowing you to meet even the most demanding turnaround times while using less labour and fewer supplies.
Mobile print options for working on the go
Print jobs to the Ricoh MP C3504 multifunction laser printer can be sent directly from your mobile device without the need for additional utilities, drivers, or software. Download the RICOH Smart Device Connector app to send digital files from the cloud or addresses from your personal contact list from the MFP to any destination at any time.
Track your progress with printer management and cost control options
Each user must log on to the multifunction device using a personal passcode or billing code when using user authentication. When you add an optional NFC Card Reader, the embedded Near Field Communication (NFC) capability allows users to log in with a proximity card. Install optional third-party accounting software for chargebacks or optional printer management software to remotely track everything with automated alerts and monitoring updates. For more complex troubleshooting, our support team can remotely operate and configure your smart operation panel, identifying problem areas for you.
